RATES
Rates are in euros and are subject to the municipal tourist tax (when applicable). From the 1st of January 2016, the city tourist tax per person per night will be charged up to a maximum of € 14 per person. This does not apply to children under 13 and may change without notice. The fee will be charged by the hotel directly to guests upon check in.
Rates are per night per room / suite and include Wifi and VAT at the legal rate in force. Note that they may or may not include breakfast if breakfast is chosen at the time of booking.
When purchased at the hotel, the cost of breakfast may differ from the value when purchased at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and the dates of the reservation. Reservations canceled later will be subject to the equivalent rate of one night's accommodation. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

KIDS
All children aged 12 years or less when sharing a room with their parents and respecting the maximum capacity of the type in question enjoy free accommodation.
REDUCED MOBILITY
The Hotel is prepared to receive guests with reduced mobility, having facilities adapted for this purpose: adapted rooms and bathrooms and elevators to the floors of the rooms and wide doors. These rooms are subject to request and subject to availability.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel except guide dogs.
WIFI
Wifi is free in all spaces and rooms at the Hotel.
NON SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all spaces and rooms of the Hotel making this a completely non-smoking Hotel.
SAFE BOX
All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe. The Hotel is not responsible for any objects or documents stored in them.
